We have several Smart Controllers and some have experience occassionally had issues where the screen has lines. Two last winter in cold weather (35F) that eventually corrected and now one in warm weather that is not correcting. Any thoughts on what might be happening?

So it works properly when colder? could it be that there is a heating issue with it, if still under warranty send it back for repairs.

The screen interference last winter was only when it was cold.

Maybe just send it back mate, could be faulty screens or batch if all giving the same or similar issues

Our pilot now thinks yesterday's issue was an over exposure setting on the controller that got toggled on.  Here is a photo.

That is indeed over exposure. You can toggle it on/off in the settings.
