Hi folks,
a few days ago i was shooting with my mavic 2 in Berlin, i shot what i wanted and started return home process, so it was on automatic mode coming back but suddenly
it fell down to the main road from around 100meters i guess, then some cars drove over it a few times and the device is totally wasted now. it was on auto mode coming back. i also have the footage.
i didnt have insurance but i believe it was not my mistake, do you think dji recovers this? im so sad.

You could post the flight log data on here, and one of the gurus will be able to analyse it and offer an opinion on what went wrong.
