Front arm problems

Hi All

just wondering if anyone has had the problem with the front arm not locking in properly....

I dont want to put the front n/s arm in its place as it feels like it will break,the drone arm are quite stiff when u pull away from the body and put in place so you can fly,but when its put back after a flight i notice it drops down slightly,i have cheked the screws and they seem to be tight,is this a problem with the dji pro 3

The problem never get fixed via dji but the drone was still under 30 days and in the uk you can exchange or get your money back.

Hey the product is good is was just frustrating that everything that needed to be done was out of my hands...anyway dji have been helpful since and kept me in the loop and also transferred my care onto the new drone...and next time maybe i wont make the s\me mistake...but this all started because the opratives  phone line was terrible it was not like it was even on loudspeaker it was rough around the edges  and also the next lady was not much better,but hey i`m happy with the outcome since dji got more involved and a few operatives on here looked into it and got things moving.
