to whoever can relate

i have a P3S.. and have the latest firmware. when i fly my bird, after a few about 5 meters i get rc signal loss and my app gets disconnected. the thing is i have full control of the bird and i continue to fly it as far as my eyes can see. it also records the video of the full flight.

my only problem is that i cant see what my drone sees.

i hope someone can help me. i've tried relinking and even tried other RC.

Hello francis, have you updated your DJI GO app to the latest version? BTW, it would be better to let me know the mobile device you use and its os version.

hi..yes i updated the latest firmware yesterday.. i am using samsung galaxy s6.. android version 5.1.1

i am by the way flying in bangkok..

yes!i flew it just 2 hours ago and it still rc signal lost

Have you tried to use another mobile device with the latest DJI GO to try again? BTW you can try to link your rc and drone : 3C对频.JPG

i also did that..i used iphone 6 and did all calibrations..

when i lose signal it prompts me to RTH.. but i dont.. like i said i have full control of the drone even when rc signal lost..

Its upgrading result is success. If your drone loses its signal and triggers RTH at a short distance very often, I'd suggest you to contact support@dji.com or our online support via http://www.dji.com/support/product/phantom-3-standard. Sorry for your issue.

i spoke with one of your support team and they ask me to send my drone for repair..but i dont want to spend 200 dollars for shipment.. do you have any suggestion how to solve this..

It would be better to send it back for checking because you've used another RC to test it but the issue still happens.
