Can someone from DJI please find out what happened to my orders that I placed 25 days ago?? Everything I ordered had 1 to 3 day shipping and support will not look it up, they just say sometime in May?  Order number is 001170856085. Also can you look up order number 001171798340. Thanks.

Where is my order? The order number is 044115321821, and I'm just about fed up of DJI.

Nothing they ever tell you happens as they say, except us paying money.

This is some real BS.

The most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. STILL advertising the X5 adaptor shipping between 7 and 10 days, while the DJI staff here have been saying they're out of stock longer than that!

They keep the cash flow coming in, KNOWING they are not going to meet their empty promises.

Just send me what i have paid for. This journey has lasted over 7 Months. These guys are not serious.

I'll not be doing business with them again.

Have been waiting for the New Zealand wholesalers to get the X5 adaptor but they are unfortunately in the dark - surprise surprise.  Decided to order direct to circumvent the process and was greeted with the following message:

Available to ship: 30-40 business days after payment is confirmed

Unbelievable DJI.  Are your factories on go slow?  Please get your act together.

Maybe it is better to buy from a retailer, I bought a DJI Osmo from HobbyHobby in Italy http://www.hobbyhobby.it/12-dji and the service is excellent because they really care about their clients

Even the whole 'available to ship 30-40 business days after payment is confirmed' is a bunch of BS.

It simply means, 'Pay us in full now, and we'll make excuses and insincere apologies, until however long it takes to produce goods that we do not have. We'll have had your money for months by then, so there'll be no rush on our part. We'll just leave our "Advisors" to apologise for the next few months'.

Dates and time frames clearly mean nothing to DJI.

The Osmo Handle Kit was advertised as 20-30 business days, back in mid-October......it arrived in January.
The Ronin-M was '7-10 days'......it took over a month.
The X5 adaptor was 'coming soon', since Mid- October, then 'In 7-10 days'......still not got it, in mid-May...7 MONTHS LATER!!

I have NEVER bought a product from DJI that arrived on time.

Am I stupid enough to believe that EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a misjudgement, and not enough stock??? Of course not!

The apologies are now an insult to our intelligence.

DJI cons people, by inviting people to buy  its products, by making promises they NEVER keep.
