I see that the chat has been removed. There are no refund pages to follow under support either, only a description of their policies. How do people start the refund if it was purchased via this site directly?

LOL, yes, you might not want a refund, now that shipping has been officially announced. People will start having these Mavics in 2 days (average time to ship via DHL Express).

I bought the combo though and after further reading, despite shipping being announced today, it's still non concrete enough for a shipping status on these. Unless someone knows otherwise.

It shouldn't be a big difference if not same day, just have patience. A 1 Week delay is not a big delay.

Oh I know. But it looks like there was false advertising at play here as people who ordered the combo will not be honored into the first-come first-serve promise. I'm surprised no one hasn't gathered a class action lawsuit against this crap. But if this is remaining to be true, I'm just going to get the Karma.

Everyone, call your credit card company or paypal and issue a dispute/reverse charges. Because they weren't shipped as promised, the charges will get reversed. I will be doing this tomorrow because the chat does not exist and no one replies to my emails about cancelling. This just reminds me, screw supporting jobs overseas. Who cares how great the drone is. We need to start supporting our own country. I'll admit, I was not aware DJI was based in China until after clicking Buy. Once I read on the forums, I knew I was going to have an issue. These people don't care how soon you get your drone because they're using their reputation to keep you. Bad customer service is bad customer service. And taking payment on a good failing to meet delivery date AND provide an estimated arrival is considered theft. Anyways, that's my rant.

I submitted my paypal dispute. DJI is not responding back to me after a few emails now already in 3 days asking to cancel and refund. They must be getting a large amount of cancellations. Either way, I've given them a fair amount of time for shipping updates and a refund response. I urge anyone to do the same if you consider all the issues being reported. I already knew with this large quantity, there would be QA issues.

Plus it's nice to no longer have to look at this forum.

Mine took longer than they say it will, but it turned out to be an issue on the end of my credit card company. Once I got that resolved, DJI did their part within 24 hours.

What does it take to cancel my order; no matter what time I enter chat it's 22 or 15 or 14 people ahead. I sent three emails with my order number to cancel and get no response. I don't know which is worse; ordering something and not knowing if it will come or cancelling and order and not knowing if i will get my money back. The same immediate time they took to take my money they should also return it!

How can you be on Chat waiting for a reply and they ask you to update your info and then you fall 4 more spaces down on people waiting? This would have been my first drone and I have known about DJI for years, coming from a competitive RC Heli background! This whole ordeal puts a really bad taste in my mouth; and some of the followers and or employees are quick to say, DJI is doing their best or be more understanding....how about help me get my refund back, I will happily understand that!

Holy crap this is a crap show I'm about done with DJI. I spent about 4 hours waiting for customer service and two emails and nothing. No updates no real info. I don't even understand how this  company has been in business this long. I even feel bad for the reps that have to sit on this forum and defend this company. Not mad just sad it's turning out like this.
