I ordered a Phantom 4 Pro+ with 2 spare batteries on 31 December 2016, but unfortunately the ordered was cancelled (not DJI's fault).
I then placed a second order without the batteries on 5 January 2017, but apart from the order confirmation there has been no progress. I spoke via the chat and was promised a shipping date of 12 Jan but this has come and gone. Tomorrow will be 10 business days since my order which is double the estimated 3 - 5 on the website.

Is anyone else seeing these sort of delays? I thought it was just Mavics that DJI were having problems with!

Yep. On Jan 4 I ordered a battery for my P3. Payment competed the next day. 10 days later the order is still not shipped.

Ordered P4P+, Accessories, and 2 Batteries on 1-08-2017 confirmed payment on 1-09-2017.
Called back and got them to split shipment, batteries from bird so I would get P4P+ sooner and not have to wait on the batteries, I received batteries today but still no P4P+. go figure.

I ordered a p4p plus on 14 dec 2016. I contactet the dji support on 5 jan 2017.  they said: 3-5 weeks after confirmation!!! now I am still waiting and waiting.

Ordered mine from an official dealer last Wednesday (01.11.17). Being delivered tomorrow (01.17.17). Ordered my Mavic directly from DJI months ago. Never shipped (like so many others). Cancelled that order weeks ago. In all fairness though, the Mavic situation is a different beast.

I was also expecting batteries to be longer lead time. That's why my second order was for P4P+ only because I thought I could pick the batteries up later!

Wow! That doesn't sound good. They are still telling me "within a few days" whatever that means.

I am beginning to think I should have gone the reseller route. Maplins had them in stock when I placed my order with DJI, but I decided to go direct cos of reading a lot of compass issues on the early batch.

Ouch!! What I don't understand is why this is such a hot topic on the Mavic forum, but no mention here? There are a few old threads about P4P deliveries but not the 5000+ posts about Mavic.
Anyway, some movement - my payment status has gone from Authorized to Pay Confirmed.

Yup, posted this already and got a reply from Mindy who said she would look into it, also after posting got an email saying the order had been split and to expect delivery soon.....I will see!

Despite the promise of a 1 to 3 shipping date for my P4P+ I am still waiting 10 days after payment confirmation. First it was the excuse that they had to wait for the camera filters and could not split the order now i see that there is only a 1 to 3 day wait for them as well! Been on online chat five times and still nothing save vague promises to look into it and 6 emails have been acknowledged but not replied to. DJI your customer service is terrible and i can only expect broken promises from you!

Saying that your products are first class, a pity they are not backed up by the rest of your team!

Web page to buy the P4P still says .........Estimated shipping: 1-3 business days of order confirmation

Yay! Got my Phantom in my hands!

Shipping notice was yesterday morning, arrived this morning from within the UK (FULFILMENT & MARKETING LTD). I guess it was actually shipped from DJI within the 3 - 5 business days as promised but took a while to clear customs and be logistic'd within the UK. So 9 business days from order to receipt which I suppose I shouldn't be complaining about - thanks DJI!

Gives you time to reconsider your P4P+ purchase, with all the firmware update issues and complaints about not being able to download 3rd party apps to the built in.

I too have the same exact problem.
I ordered man on the 28th of November.
My order number is 0017789596270.

I received the phantom but I am yet to receive the extra batteries and lens filters.
I have sent 4 emails and never get a reply.   I'm now mad as heck.  
Please ship immediately.

I have had a couple different dates given to me in the last week, of when it would ship. this is the latest.
I can only hope right.

Well this didn't happen either, just seems like more lies from DJI. I feel scammed, why lie and why take our money if their not going to ship to a later date. how about charge our account when they get ready to ship. that's what go-pro did to me when waiting on a karma before they were recalled. I'm 23 days waiting now on P4P+.

What was some of the averages you guys had on waiting times.
