Yes registered and no error message, just not working with this new phone, the app showing not connected after plugged in. No problem when I using iPhone or Sony tablet.

Have you tried to change another USB cable to connect your phone to the controller?
Were you using the the micro USB port or the normal USB port?

Hi DJI Mindy, yes all have been tried, my problem is exactly same as this post http://forum.dji.com/thread-80550-1-2.html
Since Samsung C9 Pro is not in our device recommended list, it might be incompatible with DJI GO app.
