Just unpacked my I2/X5S.
The meta data on all video files (H.264 as I don't have the SSD yet), dates them with 1951. Photos are dated correctly.

How can that be fixed?

Latest GO and iOS. No fw updates to the I2 yet.

Seems like it could be a problem related to the SD card?

you´r right, I had the issue on both P4P and L2, but only high capacity sd-cards.

After update on the p4p at least is´s fixed.

We might have wait for a update for L2

I'm using the original card. Might try some other ones and see if it's related to the card or the fw.

Dronie, our engineers have escalated the file you provided, but it's not the original one. Sorry to delay reply due to Chinese New Year holiday.
To locate the problem, please help record videos and take a photo as following instructions:
1. Record a small video, such as 5 seconds, stop recording and wait for 10 seconds, then take a picture, wait for 10 seconds again, then record a small video.
2. Connect your SD card to your PC and access to the 3 files, please do not copy them respective to your PC, you can compress the files to RAR directly in SD card, then copy the RAR file to your PC, then we will get the original file.
3. Please upload it to dropbox and give me the link.
Besides, may I know what player software you're using?

I've seen the wrong metadata with the year "1951" in Lightroom. Photos are correctly dated in Lightroom.

In "Finder" on iMac the year is correct for both photos and video.

PS: the X5S does not change EV values in the GO 4 app, when you change the settings (aperture, shutterspeed) - it stays locked fx. at EV 2.0 no matter how much I change the other settings in Manual mode.

Hi, The EXIF data is not being written to the MOV files in the field "Date and time digitised" as such the Lightroom is defaulting to the fixed value as shown. The photos are being written correctly in this field.  This was a similar problem in the Inspire 1 and was fixed in a firmware update.

Sorry, but I'm probably not understanding your english correctly. There is no update of the firmware for the I2 at the moment.

Do you mean that DJI will fix it in a LATER firmware version?

This one is a more serious issue. As of now, unfortunately there's not way to evaluate the Exposure on my $8,000 drone when shooting CinemaDNG/ProRes.
The histogram shows values for H.264 files (don't know why it would do that?), and the EV meter is stuck and does not work.

Do you expect to also fix this issue in the next fw update?

About this feedback, could you offer us the APP operation video? It will be very useful for us to find the root cause.
BTW, when you change the Aperture value in the DJI Go 4, could you help us to check is there the mechanical change of the aperture?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your english. What do you mean by "APP operation video"? Do you mean the flight log from the GO app?

If yes, then that will show you nothing as it just shows you the shutterspeed/aperture changes when I dial them, but the EV Value is fixed.

Mechanical? Please explain?
Also, I have seen many users report these issues, so I don't know why you want me to do all this for you. It should be pretty easy for you to take an Inspire 2/X5S and replicate these issues as apparently a lot of people have the same problems.

Dronie, sorry for any confusion caused, I'll make a further explanation here.
For the first issue you reported about wrong time showing on the video, our engineers have located the issue and will get it fixed with the next firmware version.
For EV value locked at 2.0, please record a small video showing the situation you described which does good to figure out where the problem exists.

Hello. I am having a similar issue on my Mavic Pro. Flew it last weekend and got videos with the years of 1948, 1949 and 1951. The photos (JPG+DNG) do have the correct time stamp. Only videos seem affected. I updated to the latest firmware this last Tuesday still getting videos with the year of 1951.

FWIW I am downloading the files into Lightroom from the microSD card.
