Store your battery at approx 50% charge. Never leave it fully discharged or charged all the way up either. Both conditions "stress" the battery. Also... If you want to extend the number of charge cycles in your battery never run it below 20% or charge it above about 90%. If you do that you can get 2X-4X more charge cycles out of a battery. (Although it reduces flight time accordingly.)
As for motors. Do NOT oil them. The bearings are sealed ball bearings. They can't really be oiled anyways because they have rubber seals that keep the original lubrication sealed inside. Getting oil on the motor will only attract grit dust and gunk that will destroy the motors. Oil is also NOT good for the plastics used in the winding insulation either. The motors in a DJI are brushless and will last a very very long time.
Keep the lens clean. Make sure your props are not nicked & dented. (Replace them if needed.) Even small nicks in the leading edge of a prop can cause severe vibration that will damage motor bearings.
That's about it. Not much else to maintain really.
