I understand Best Buy sold me the product, but why is it Best Buy's fault? DJI's production line forgot to put it into the box? Why should Best Buy be dinged for it?
Best Buys return policy is fair, if people like me came in because they were missing a battery Best Buy would be screwed with products missing pieces for which they'll no longer be able to sell (or sell at open box prices) - I mean yes they should take some responsibility, but given they have that kind of policy for Drones it assures me as a consumer that the box I bought wasn't a open box, because that should theoretically never happen if they don't take them back.
You say "FREE BATTERY" from DJI, well it's not FREE, i've paid for it, just never received it. And to let you know, they did send me a battery. |
