Hi,
I can't update my Mavic Firmware:

• Tried DJI Go 4 app (on Android)
• Tried DJI Assistant 2 app (on Windows 10)
  

The update always goes to a certain percentage, then the drone turns off/restarts and then the update fails. On the DJI Assistant 2 app, I get an "error 0x020103". The current version of the drone is UAV-01.0300.


I also tried to upgrade to some of the other versions in the DJI Assistant 2 app - always with the same result.

I also tried a "Restore Factory Defaults" - which results in a "Factory Reset Failed".

I found several similar posts on the internet and in your forums, but couldn't find a solution.
