Help!!!!!

I had a new Main Controller Board Module installed by DJI and my P3P is still not working, can anyone help me out?  I'm lost at what to do next and really want to fly, Alaska summers are just the best for arieal footage.  Please help, I am willing to call anyone who can help me.  HELP !!

No error but camera is freaking out and strange sound emitting from craft, like it hasn't finished firmware upgrade/download process.  It came back from DJI and I thought it would be ready to fly but didn't realize I needed to re-program it, so to speak.  One DJI Tech told me to download/install the last three firmware but that didn't work, another tech told me to connect the controller to the craft and calculate the camera....  Nothing has worked and I sure want to go fly here in Alaska.
