No, it starts to discharge after 3 days. The battery will be fully charged during these three days.

Does anyone completely discharge their battery every 20 cycles (to ensure correct battery calibration)
This used to be a recommended procedure for earlier DJI drones.

It says to only discharge to as low as 5-8% every 20 cycles

My setting is 5 days. And don´t press the power button of the battery; it will reset the days, and you start all over with day 1.
