Horizontal lines in video

Does anyone know why those lines come out in the video and how can I eliminate that problem ??

Try a different shutter speed.  Dan is probably correct.   Florescent lights are not as they appear.  Instead of constantly on, they flicker really fast.  Many LED lights (and others) flicker too.  But they flicker so quickly our eyes don't notice.  But when you have a video camera that is shooting at roughly the same frequency as the flicker, you see black bars.
