Unfortunately, DJI Go has stopped working

I tried to set up my new Phantom Pro + today and it said I needed to upgrade the software - which I did. It said I was successful. It shows I am connected, but every time I hit the go fly button it gives me an error message: Unfortunately, DJI GO 4 has stopped. Tjhe version of software on the screen is:  01.04.0602

What on earth do I need to do to fix this extremely annoying "glitch" fresh out of the box?

What's the current firmware of your Remote Controller? Please check below and refresh the RC firmware as well. Alternatively, you can reset the RC to factory settings via DJI Assistant 2 to verify.
