I have been getting an error message in top left of screen, Saying compass needs to be calibrated, so I calibrate compass and a pop up screen says calibrated and when I go to main screen the error message is still there. Also my maps have disappeared as well. Only compass 2 will calibrated and it says that compass 1 is disconnected. Spent an hour with dji support and the person was useless. I have updated to the latest version 2v1.12-2. Any ideas??? Now I get no option for US maps. I need detail corrections please. This is a phantom 4 pro plus. This also happen before this last update.

I would try and reset the controller and drone to factory default.

See if you can dowgrade your FW and always wait few month before doing an update until ALL kinks are out. DJI still never learned on how to put a decent FW on any of their drones!!!

Where are you attempting to calibrate your compass?
Try doing it outside away from steel and reinforced concrete.

If one is disconnected, you really should get that fixed.

Did anything happen to the drone before, like hard landing or crash? Have you tried to restart the drone for several times? As for the Map issue, please reset the RC to factory default.
