I've read somewhere that the ESC 2.0 (on white label) are pronged to fail. any truth to that??

There are are a lot of rumors out there about a lot of things, and more myths than truth to any rumors!
I have had my P2V+ v3.0 for a few months, flew 60+ full batteries and about to go out to fly two more "full batteries".
I have not cracked open the shell, not sure I want to or need to or should have to and never hope to have to, Just keep it in good order and if you do have a crash, regardless of what rumors are out there, check it out just to be safe.

I had mine since December a P2V+ 3.0 and recently had an I/O (ignorant operator) crash and investigated and found a cracked ESC, which is the wrong one for 2312 motor. I'm thinking at this point to upgrade all to 2.1 version Boards and get it over with.

It only affects the news V3 P2+ with the upgraded motors. No other version is affected so I am told.
