After last firmware update (1.9.20) I have a restrictions (30/50 meters) as everyone. I relink with rc multiple times, I did log out and log in in DJI Go app, I uninstalled DJI Go App and reinstalled.  I reset my phone to factory settings and then I installed the DJI GO app again. I made IMU/Glimbal/compass callibration. I try to use another phone. I create new account and ckeck for it. I try different locations


Check me please, maybe I do something wrong.
Power the RC then connect Android devices WiFi to RC, after connected then run DJI GO app. Power on the aircraft and wait for the connection between RC to Aircraft. Then I do compass calibration. Turn on motors (also I try not to turn on motors). Then I go here to sign out. After I power off wi- fi connection with drone to get internet connection to log in(email and password)After I turn on wi-fi connection with drone. Than go camera view. And nothing happened – only 30/50 meters restriction, then signal lost and go home. Check my account and my last yesterday flight.

Try to power on the aircraft before you open the APP, see if it works.

Log out in app - turn on RC - phone wi fi - turn on aircraft - app - log in? or
turn on RC - turn on aircraft- phone wi fi-app - log out - log in?

when shoud i make  log out - log in?

Just keep the APP signed in, no need to sign out, then sign in.
Turn on the RC--turn on the aircraft--connect to WiFi--Open the APP.

You describe an usual method to connect. There is no secret to logout :login. It doesn't work. Is any ideas?

i do it again....nothing happend. 30 meters and signal lost

I have the same with my Drone. My flights are currently restricted to  max. 30 m heights and 50 m distance. I already deleted the Go App on my iPhone and locked off and on again. Beginner-Mode is off and max. Distance is not activated or if activated and set to 500 the drone will still stop at 50 m.

What I had to do in sequence, uninstall Go 4 App / Re-install Go 4 App / Turn on RC / Turn on A/C / plug USB into RC / Open Go 4 App / Sign IN / adjust all settings to preference / restart all devices and GO FLY.

This won't work on old app. You have to use newer App not sure if it's 3.1.13 on IOs, then it will work. If you use the newest FW then also use the newest App.

As this is in Phantom 3 Standard forum you don't use Go 4 App and you don't use any USB.

Is the map working? On android you should clear the cache, uninstall the app, restart your device and install the app. Then you have to log in to your Dji account and run the app to cache the map. If you turn the AC off then you also have to close the app and start it before fly.

I have both latest app and fw and works.

If the FW has been upgraded then the App it self needs an upgrade to handle the FW upgrade without any issue during upgrade. I ´d an update the App first,and then the FW ...
It works from the 1 minute after the upgrades FW and App.
But 1 thing i must ask. Normally the 3.1.18 is the latest version of the Go app on Android. Last week i got an update over googleplay and now is it the 3.1.10...how that but it works fine ???

Map??what map do you mean? GPS mode on phone?or map in the left coner in AP (it works)

i make even factory reset on phone and reinstalled APP((

To load the map in memory. If your map works it is something else.

I think the new 3.1.10 has added  P3 SE .

I´ll have a look into the main screen.
