So I live in Florida we're I will see a good amount %85 of the eclipse I realize the spark or most drones can't point up really but I will be taking shots of the land around me when it goes from dark back to light. Is there anything I should worry about the camera on the drone or my smart phone camera from the sun affecting them. If they do get affected what filter can I use? Thanks have fun seeing the eclipse for anyone on the path
I'm heading to St Louis area for the eclipse and plan on using the Spark to film the shadow approaching and for panorama of the 360 deg sunset/sunrise. Since you're not using Spark to film the sun there should not be issues out of the normal.
For the drone's camera, we suggest the camera not facing the sun directly to prevent the solar burning the camera. You can add an ND Filter onto the camera.
