Spark - Dropped to the Ground while on 'Sport Mode'

My Spark keep on dropping form the sky while in Sport Mode.
This happened twice already, the 1st time there was no logs, but the second time it happened I was able to retrieve the logs, can someone help analyze it?

Both times the Spark just drop while making a turn, I suspect this is a firmware issue where it tilts too much and motors shutdown.
Since this happened twice I no longer trust this little bird, have several drones none of which ever fell off the sky.

It it's possible on a sharp turn to angle the craft enough to shut down the motors. Personally never had it before but I haven't really jerked her around much in sport yet.

same thing happened to me yesterday , on my 2nd battery and on sports mode..made a turn and spark dropped like a brick..motor off but all LEDs were on. Lucky for me I was being careful and was only 9ft from the ground/grass...tsk tsk ...reported it but online help is down ( Sat and Sun) . Spark is ok and no alarm or anything on the app...but sParktacus is grounded till they resolve this falling from the sky crap.

I blasted my spark yesterday on 2nd battery fully on sport mode. Went crazy with it, didnt give much cooldown time from the first battery. Didnt hit any of the said issue (*touch wood*). It was not windy when im playing around with it. We constantly pushing it, not a moment for it to rest much. thats how i raked 2.7km in total distance for it. Maybe wind plays a factor to push it to the tipping point?
