Selling my Spark since I have just upgraded to a Mavic. Does Spark Refresh also transfer to the new Spark owner? If so, what info do I need to provide them?
DJI Care Refresh is bonded with serial number of the aircraft, there is a service agreement if you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product. Please forward that email to your buyer.

I mean the DJI Care Refresh has nothing to do with the owner but serial number of the drone. Just transfer the service agreement to buyer.

How does one "transfer the service agreement to buyer"? Or is this even necessary, since Refresh is "bonded with the serial number of the aircraft"?

You can transfer the email of Service Agreement to the new owner.

Does this mean I forward the email to the new owner, or do I need to put the new owner's contact info into the support portal?
Hi, if you're about to transfer your drone to another person and the aircraft has a DJI care refresh then you may forward the email that includes the DJI care agreement number to the person for him to use your existing DJI care refresh plan.
