Hi guys can anyone tell what the best android tablet i can use for my mavic pro? I fly with my s7 edge with no issues but woukd like something with a large screen. Maybe an 8". Also i want stay andriod

Been using LG G Pad X8 from T Mobile and its been flawless since day 1 till now after 7 mos,.

iPad 4 Mini

iPad Mini 4 all the way. You don't need a mahoosive screen to fly and compose. Used the mini for all craft DJI with no issues at all.

Samsung S2 is great if you want to stay with Android.

i use a iPad mini 2, not most ideal in the direct sunlight...  but its very stable and with a sunshade, not too bad at all..   that being said, iPad mini 4 gets my vote..


edit: going to add to this, i reinstalled 4.1.12 on my iPad mini 2 (ios 11.0.1) using the offload function which deletes the main bit of the application but keeps certain information and data for reinstalling and resuming and space saving.. .. and while i cant fly it int he dark (or i should say i dont want to).. i have noticed that the delay is waaay down again just doing my standard snap testing.  like 1/8th of a second or under in response time.. this is interesting.

I am an iPad mini user too, but he asked about an android tablet so we should just let the android users post suggestions, even though we apple users know that iOS is a more stable platform. Just my opinion.
Maybe us iPad Mini users should start our own thread and keep our post in one location. How about it? In fact i am going to do it now.

Nexus 7 2013 works well if you want cheap.  Im using a Huawei Mediapad M3 (8.4" screen) which is also excellent for it if you want more modern.

I use a xiaomi mi pad 3 with no problem. Good processer and 4 gig of ram. Cheap high end tablet

Using mine with a Sony Z3 ... works great, no issues, nice clear screen and large enough for reading the data with ease.

then i dont know... i can only recommend what i know works and works well..  i only read best tablet and 8 inch part didnt think about the andriod bit when skimming question.

for best andriod based tablet (minus most all of android) is crystalsky but that's expensive as hell..

i cannot comment on other android tablets however, im biased against it with my latest experience being really really shockingly poor turning me way off..
