How long have you had this battery? When did you get this unit?

Did it just start happening, or was it more gradual?

It is charging, please read the indicator status in user manual.

I am also having this problem. I charge the battery through a USB connector cable and when the cable is plugged in, the light is staying red and not charging. I have tried this with two batteries.

Please try to wipe the copper sheet inside the battery compartment and battery PIN with 95% alcohol and cotton swab.
If the right indicator is still red, please keep pressing Trigger button and then press shutter button three times to see if it will change.

Hi,

I've bought my Osmo Mobile last week friday, and charged it once but it only charged for 48%. Now when I want to charge it, it only charges a few minutes and then it stops....
No lights are burning and battery is not charging.
I tried to connect the USB on my pc/ laptop/ electricity.... nothing is working... I unplugged my battery and put it back in the Osmo again.. also no result.

What to do ?
