Today updated to Mavic Pro to NEW FIRMWARE 01.04.0100, the most recent, finished the download and installation, to test, in the place where I always fly, suddenly, the drone went into uncontrol, crashed, falling spectacularly to the ground, and the gimbal was broken, leaving it unusable, also hit the camera causing serious damage. Undoubtedly, the failure was caused by the update that was made an hour before the accident. The cell phone I always use is an Iphone 6 plus. I see 2 messages: Engine of the overloaded aircraft Check if cardan is removed. Gimbal restarting. Verify that the gimbal turns smoothly if the restart fails again. See that I buy it in OLX, I no longer have contact with the person who sells me. What should I do, where to claim, direct to DJI?

Sorry for the crash, that must be frustrating. I highly recommend you sync the flight records and export the flight log, then contact the support to open a case, we'll submit a data analysis to find out the cause if the drone in under warranty period.
Also, please send the drone back and we will help to take care of it.

This makes me so nervous as today will be my first flight since update. I hope everything works out.

If you retrieve and provide a link to the DAT file from the flight I'll take a look and may be able to provide some insight. The instructions for retrieving the DAT file are here and once you've retrieved it you'll need to upload it to DropBox (or a similar service) and provide a link to it here. The correct file will have a date and time that correspond to when the flight occurred and will be at least tens of megabytes in size.

Flight Data .DAT are not reachable since firmware .1000 , isn't it ?

As far as I know it's still possible to retrieve the DAT files from the latest firmware releases.

Install and use  DJI Assistant 2 Version 1.1.6 and then look at this explanation

There are two options; using the Flight Record tab, or using the Data Upload tab. You want to use the Data Upload tab.
