It will be an expensive new drone rather than something you can add to an existing Phantom.

Absolutely. The RTK system is quite expensive, it relies on having a base station located on the ground with a high precision GPS receiver and a radio link to the aircraft. It is not a simple replacement of the Phantom's GPS module.

Check out this solution. It is not quite RTK, but is totally suitable for PPK.
They  claim  5cm of horizontal and 7cm vertical accuracy without GCPs.

Phantom 4 RTH is quoted 5700 Euros. The package with D-RTK 2 Mobile Station Combo is at 7800 Euros

1. GPS timestamping can be found in the EXIF or XMP files for each photo.
2. Since P4R is open for 3rd party-options. It can be implemented to PPK.

P4R is already available, you should contact a local supplier to check pricing. Pricing is only available after inquiry.
