Can someone please help me as i can't save the videos i have taken from DJI Go app to my iphone. it keeps saying insufficient memory when i still have more than 170GB available storage.

Another thing is there a way to recover accidentally deleted files on DJI Go app?

I have tha same problem. How can I retrieve my videos if the dji app keep saying me I have not sufficient memory and I have a lot.

I have similar problems too.  I'm using iPhone X with my Osmo Mobile.  I have a 3-day off track vacation coming up and really don't wish to bring my MacBook with me.  My iPhoneX clearly shows more than 100GB of free space but the DJI Go app still says insufficient storage when I tried to save videos to my Camera Roll.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro with over 75gig space and I get the same message when trying to download small videos?
