I've good news, at least for me,
i was having bad video at 1080 60fps or 50fps.. whenever i'd record at higher than 30fps !!!
Been in contact with Dji assistance ( guys on the forum and over dji support chat were just GREAT.. thank you!)
Dji europe in Holland though tried to close the case too fast... 1st mavic was almost sent back without any sort of investigation... but even when they did they sent me back another unit with the exact problem!!
I had to send also this second unit back... this time i emailed service and even called Dji europe in holland explain them and begging them to watch the video where i was showing them the issue !!! They sent me back another unit... and this one is working perfectly ! Have a look at the comparison.. if you have this kind of problem and need to solve it... just ask.. and for a more precise answer ask over the video link, enjoy it :
Bucefalo, we are very glad to know everything works fine this time, we apologize again for the inconvenience that has been caused before and thanks for sharing your experience with us here, we will keep improving the quality of our products and customer service.
That looks like the old mavic uses some kind of pixel binning. I have the 2017 model and it doesnt show this unless you use 1080@96fps.
I am quite surprised by this considering this is a premium product and a lot of users would be using the 1080p@60fps mode. Fortunately its fixed in more modern builds.
*just found out the older models do use pixel binning!! wow!*

actually the problem is more hardware related.. I can't talk about it here (wouldn't be right..) but if you jump on video link and comment.. there i can be more accurate

How come it wouldnt be right to talk about it here, this is the mavic forum?
cause in my opinion when you get the best help from someone is not right to make a big deal over it ! WHILE is still important to inform others .. those needing help or further info will have a place and time to get them !

? Sharing this information here might help those looking for the information you have.
that's why I made a video.. that's why i said let's talk about it ;) i've been trying to get as more info as i could about it ! Indeed thanks to these information i could get a unit which does not suffer this issue !
they keep on writing without knowing the thing!
mavic first release had some hardware that would not keep it up with dji promises ( like 60fps) !
They did solve the problem with second and third series of production but those, like me, who bought the first release were affected by this " not appropriate " hardware !
@Bucefalo...yes i agree with you...that's the problem that we found out in our forum. The old versions of the mavic (2016) unfortunately have the binning at 60fps
you can determine on the base of the 5. 6. and 7th place of the serial number which manufacturer year it is:

96fps i didn't even try.. and honestly i doubt i'll even need it lol ! but sure i'll give it a try !
60fps now days is minimum in my opinion ( not as a video... but as an option to record..)

Ok cool thx ...
Its from 13-03-2017... it is a fixed on?
Till now i have only use 4K mode because i known from that issue.
this one should be fine.. after all the one refurbished i've got was made on 17 march 2017 and as you can see from the video is completely fine ! This issue occurs to those who had the 1st generation of mavic ( probably MADE until january 2017 ) later on things just be just fine ! ;)
the only thing i didn't like in all of this is Dji europe assistant ( the on in holland) that for sure KNOWS the problem but they try to act like " there is no problem at all " ! This is not acceptable !
while on forum and over assistance chat i found lots of help and courtesy from all of the guys ( this was just great and encouraging)!
It is not a new problem ... it is a problem since the mavic exists ....In our german Forum we tested mavics with different date of manufacture and found out that from date 01/2017 the 60fps were fixed. Unfortunately not 96fps until today.
