Hello, so today i was using my spark and got a battery error. It took a couple minutes for me to notice but the battery percentage was stuck at 38%. Luckily I was on land and had the drone within a few meters of me. Before I landed I went into the settings and saw "Invalid Battery". I turned the drone off and on and the battery was actually below 20%. I had been flying over water a couple minutes earlier and if that had happened over the water it could've dropped in. Heres the log where its stuck at 38%:
Well, I went to firmware updates in assistant, it said i was using the current one. Not sure if that was referring to the drone or the battery or both?
Wreo, please try to refresh the latest firmware with this battery via DJI Assistant 2, and do a fully discharge and fully charge cycle. If the battery issue persists, please contact our support to start a ticket and send the battery back. You can contact us on this page: http://www.dji.com/support.

I'm also having the same battery error-invalid battery on my dji spark. this after i accidentally crashed it in a pool. I tried to firmware refresh but it would say "unable to download".

Hi did you sort your spark out im having the same issue
I am having the same issue with 2 batteries. This is absolutely unacceptable. I created a ticket with support and got the same run around of telling me to buy a new battery due to their faulty design and hardware. I plan on selling my drone as soon as I can and never buying anything DJI again. What a waste of everyone's time.
