Everything work well, JPG+RAW (DNG) is correctly stored on aircraft MicroSD. The mobile only sync the videos, not the JPG photos.
I have set "auto sync HD photos" on app camera settings.
Any idea? some other to check?

CACHE_IMAGE folder exist, but empty.
If I delete the cache of video or images from the GO app, the app show me that already free the space, with zero in space in use, but the videos still on the folder using the space and I need delete manually...

Thanks, Already did before post but not fix anything. Also when clear the cache nothing happen. Only the GB count on the app go to zero, but the files still on the device. I had to erase them manually.

Are you sure you are on Firmware v01.04.0100? My testing showed v01.04.0100 working as expected using Go v4.1.22 on my iPhone 7, running iOS11.2.2, but quit working once I upgraded to v01.04.0200.

Yes, thanks. Mine is 4.1.22 on Android and v01.04.100. Also on Android, DJI updated the 4.1.22 by a new one 4.1.22 (with the same number of version) and after this I get some "aircraft disconnects" and I decide today to update the firmware to 01.04.0200 to check if all are fixed with this new version of GO. I'll try to try it today or tomorrow.

Hmm. The latest iOS app upgrades didn't fix the problem for us, but let us know how it goes.

I had this issue recently and I read the solution was to clear cache. It did work on the following flight, but I haven't tested again since then (and the app has been updated since then) I will see if I can retest this today or this weekend and reproduce the problem to see if we're on the same boat.

I'm on a SG8 by the way.

Similar situation here, I detect also that the app now is 4.2.4
Today I check taking some photos with the Mavic Pro, and no way. The JPG photos do not sync with the phone. I check into the DJI folder and not exist the files.
I try delete everything, uninstall the app, re-install and the problem continue.
Now also I use all firmwares latest version 01.04.0200

Here my tests of this problem on Android doing with the latest FW versions (01.04.0200 AC+RMT) and Android GO app 4.2.4 on my SMG S8+ Android 7.0





Can see a capture of the MicroSD card content, with files, boths, JPG + RAW(DNG), but nothing on mobile...



I already tried:

- Clean all, uninstall and reinstall the app
- Clear all caches (that´s also not work correctly...)
- I used the latest version of everything

I not remember exactly with which version, but this on the past worked well.
Videos sync perfectly.

Clear all caches (that also not work correctly...) Here the explanation of this:

First attempt to fix this would be clear the caches as they recommend on this forum. Here on screenshots can see of left that exist 0.82M used by PHOTO CACHE, but really nothing show on memory. Also VIDEO CACHE using 2630M and after I clear everything all go to zero (center screenshot). But the reality is that "clean" do not cleaned anything, when I go to EDITOR or video Album the files still there, and also I checked with the FILE MANAGER and the video files exist on memory.

*** UPDATE ***
This happen ONLY on JPG+RAW mode (do not synchronize the JPG to the mobile).
On JPG mode WORK FINE.
On the MicroSD all the files are stored perfectly.

These problem is not solved with the new 4.2.6 that I checked today (even with the new FW also 01.04.0200)
NOTE: normally the JPG are stored on the DJI Album folder. When the mode is JPG only, the JPG is stored correctly on this folder under name: org_...........jpg
But when I set to JPG+RAW the JPG is stored into the folder CACHE_IMAGE, that I discover today, under the name: thumb_.........jpg
I not understand for what this folder is not show into the gallery and neither the GO app not list these images. The quality of thumb_.........jpg are really bad.

Latest versions and the problem still happen. Now not sync in both modes (JPEG+RAW or JPEG, before works well in JPEG mode). Now I see that into CACHE_IMAGE folder have some files named pov_.... that if I add the .jpg extension these files are the preview of this photos in very small size and quality (512x288px).

Using a samsung s8

go 4  version 4.2.6

aircraft and controller 1.04..300

thought it was fixed as first lot of jpegs transferred from phone.

after a reboot, no more transfered

wasnt a problem before .100.

might be ok on .100, but i dont wish to go backwards unless necessary

On mine never works on JPEG+RAW mode, even on .0100 Always works well on JPEG mode. Now NOT works in both. It´s useful, but I prefer that this not works and not having "aircraft disconnects"

Oh that sucks, I have been experiencing the same issue... hopefully they bloody fix this asap

Yes, on previous updates is not fixed, in this is announced but not fixed, I hope that on the next update give us the solution.
