Can anyone please tell me how long an IMU calibration takes and can it be done indoors?

Not a long process and yes it can be done indoors on a level surface.

About 5 minutes, and yes it can be done indoors.

On mine it goes up to the 4 and then just stops. I am doing it on a level surface that I always use for calibrating and I check it first, Oh well back it goes again

Found the problem! It was me. Think I'm getting too old for flying Drones.
But its the only thing that gets me out of the house.

I'm with you Phil. The IMU calibration screens are not that clear. I didn't know I was supposed to change the orientation of the drone on each screen. The illustrations are not very clear on tilting the drone on it's back and front. Once I watched a video on Youtube of the procedure, it was clear to me that I had not been doing it correctly. Now that I know better, the calibration went flawlessly.

Me too, my drone gets me out of the house. But our weather here in Tennessee has been terrible since I got my drone ready to go out. Wind, rain, cold. I guess if I get rid of my drone, the good weather  will probably return.

High winds and cold rain here in Spain too at the moment but about another 4 weeks and Ill be complaining about the heat.

Phillbarnes, glad to know you figured it out, environment condition is very important for the flight, please fly the drone is a proper weather.
