How does one calibrate the camera yaw? Gimbal Auto Calibration in Gimbal Settings does not correct this issue. Thanks

If you're at the latest firmware & DJI Go 4. Then there is a yaw & roll adjustment available in the Gimbal menu. I would do an IMU & gimbal calibrations first, then adjust yaw as needed to centre.

Please refer to Aardvark's answer on 2#, also, you can try to place the drone as the picture shows below and calibrate the gimbal. See if it helps.
