Hey Erl, entering the Fixed-wing Mode requires that the speed is more than 3m/s and there are no sticks from other direction. Pushing the right stick down will exit this mode. I'll attach the screenshot for your reference.

Thanks for the clarification, please keep us posted on the latest progress, thanks!
I tried Fixed Wing with my Platinum today for the first time and the C1 button would not activate it for some reason. Each time I had to tap the icon on my tablet to activate fixed wing. Any ideas why that would be?
first tried before updating, tried with 01.04.0200 version and same problem on day light
and then updated to 01.04.300 to the latest version, and then tried a night flight with a great hope, i thought it will definetly work after update, but,
Its not. still same problem, please check the videos, i recorded warning messages on the second video, there is no error recorded,
I am having trouble with fixed wing. I can enter it if I click to start the tutorial, but if I just press the C1 button (yes I am flying forward fast enough and yes there is the prompt to press C1 for fixed-wing, the Mavic won't go into fixed-wing (or goes into momentarily and then exits). Anyone else having this problem?
My mobile is iPhone 7 Plus, deleted DJI Go 4 from mobile and reinstalled it. The problem was solved. Made that problem second time, and I reinstalled the app and the problem was solved again. Hope it won’t make it again. Reinstall the app and keep us updated
Hi, are you having an issue as well using a fixed-wing mode? did you try to delete the app and re-install it back again? I would suggest saving the files and syncing your flight records before deleting the app.
I deleted the app and re-installed and still having the same issue. C1 will not engage, can tap icon to make it work and C2 will turn off. I have the Pro Platinum.
