I just opened a new Phantom 4 advance plus and after doing all updates the message I got is navigation error check redundancy status.
Can anyone knows what's the exact problem as it's say cannot takeoff.its a brand new PC's and having problems.
I'd suggest try to reset RC+'s firmware to factory settings and try to (refresh) update AC through DJI Assistant 2. Then, if needed, relink the RC and the AC.
Hey Pradipwb, please try to refresh the firmware and restart several times to see whether it is misinformation. If no luck, I'm afraid that you have to contact the support and send it in: https://www.dji.com/support

I am facing this same problem in other dron also ie Adv+.as I do repairing also can you please tell me this problem is due which hardware.and what's the process for taking DJI service care.
