Hi Everyone,

I seem to have an issue that has only occurred since updating the DJI GO 4 app to the latest version (4.2.6), the issue is that almost as soon as I take off the app loses connection to the Mavic, not just video; all flight data is gone.

Everything was working fine between the controller and the Mavic, so I was still able to fly a little, but the main purpose of the flight was to show someone how it all works (as a result it didn’t go so well!)

I rebooted the Mavic, controller and restarted the app several times but nothing seemed to resolve the issue... (i am using an iPhone 7 Plus; iOS 11.2.5)

Has anyone else experienced this?

try with other usb cable

I also updated everthing , iphone 7 plus and ipad mini 4. No issues. Uninstall the app and reinstall amd see what happens

How far is the distance between drone and rc , when it disconnects?

When you say try another USB cable, does this mean use the USB at the bottom of the controller with my iPhone charger? (don't worry, someone else has answered this!)
The Mavic was no more than about 10 meters away when it disconnected...

Delete dji app and install again from fresh,sometimes that helps

I think i will probably have to do that... I assume as long as i have synced my data i shouldn't lose anything such as flight records?

I use an iPhone 7+ on iOS 11.2.5 and have upgraded to GO 4 version 4.2.6 with FW .300 on my MPP. No app disconnects so far. Try reinstalling the app after synching your records.
