Hi guys , wondering if anyone can help me out with this problem,

when i turn on my phantom 4 pro + controller it comes up with a message saying:

'Insuffiencent storage space, please free on some storage space and retry'

i literally cant get past this screen on the controller, so i have no idea how to free up storage space or anything like that

does anyone know how i free up space on the controller?

Look under the three dots setting page, there are some settings for local cache and one of them tells it to overwrite older videos.

On the pro + controller, try swiping down from the top of the screen.  You should get the system menu and can get to "manage storage" by touching the gear icon on the right.

Hi there, please click the Gear icon, enter System Settings and check the Storage. Then clear the unnecessary files. Alternatively, you can choose Factory data reset, this will erase all data on the device, please kindly note and backup all data in advance。
