my mavic been long time not fly.. like 4-6 month.. so tomoorow i want to give it a shot again.
i want to update the firmware but my mavic has fail to recognize firmware, tryng to factory reset but it also fail. is there anyway to hard reset without dji assistant 2?

any way to solve this issue?

Hi there, may I know which version is your DJI Assistant 2? Please try to reinstall the latest version v1.2.0 on the official website. Then try to connect again. If the firmware doesn't exist on the list, please try to update via the mobile device. See if it works.
