I've bought a Phantom 4 Pro in USA when i was there and now have to send it do repair because it has a camera sensor error. I live in Portugal and i've send it to the European repair center but now DJI says i have no warranty because it was bought in USA?
This is just so wrong in many ways, can someone please give me some more info on this or help?

Hi Armando, we are sorry for the difficulties, currently, DJI doesn't provide international warranty service, customers can obtain warranty service only at a designated DJI repair center in the region where he/she purchased the product. However, depending on part availability, customers can obtain cross-regional repair service at an additional charge, which means, if you sent in the drone to EU repair center, you will need to pay for the repair.
