During our last indoor flight yesterday I used the Osmo mobile 2 longer. The annoying background noise that occurs with my Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone was covered by the engine noises of the model airplanes and quadrocopters. The battery of the smartphone was empty after half an hour of operation, so I had to recharge. My replacement Alcatel Idol 3 did not connect to the DJI Go app for the first time. The Bluetooth connection could not be established. Luckily the stabilization of the gimbal also works without the app, so I was able to take some scenes with the device's own camera app. They were not as good as those on my own smartphone. The pans became jerky and the sound was chopped. I still can't pan as well as with a normal video camera. The tracking of the gimbal requires a foresighted guidance of the gimbal. I don't like fast pans yet. All in all, I'm very pleased with the camera's shake-free recording. Here's the YouTube video:
