On February 27’th my Spark started acting weird soon after take off, first I had compass error then I lost GPS after that she flew around like a drunk bird! Any attempt to get control were fruitless. I could only watch until my screen went blank. I checked my flight log and then did a find my drone. Find my drone showed it to be much further than the end of the log. It was behind two fences and in really high and thick brush. Since the fences show private property and me being 70 years old I was not able to recover the air craft. Around the 11th of March I email Dji with my information and that my logs had been synced. I have over 28 hours of flight time and over 500,000 feet of flying time so I’m not new at this. I’ve owned 2 Phantom 3’s and a Mavic Pro. Question: how long does it take to get info from Dji, any help will be appreciated! Thanks Bill

Thanks for getting back to us. I managed to get the right case number CAS-1532221-C7M6N7 as the one you offered cannot be found in our system. Per the case log, our support sent you an email to collect the info around 6th March, but did not receive any reply since that. Did you receive that email?
