I would suggest that this is not only off topic, but that many people (myself included) are very happy with their drones.  If you legitimately bought one with issues then consumer protection laws are your friend.  If a "grey import" or second hand then this is more difficult, but not impossible.  Remember, 1st port of call is who you bought it from, not Dji, unless you damaged it and are requesting repair.
