Hello, Yesterday during the recording of a project, after turning on the drone we passed something that had never happened to us, the micro SD and the SSD were formatted !! Has it happened to any of you that ?? the Inspire 2 with X5S has the latest update.

We were able to make the shots again, fortunately but it leaves us worried that we could happen again

Roberto, SD card and SSD will not be formatted unless customers format it on Settings on purpose. Do you mean these two cards are formatted automatically when power on?

Yes, they were formatted alone without us having gone to the application panel, it is the first and only time that has happened to us.

We had made some flights before, without any problem, when we turned on the drone, when the drone was linked and when the image appeared in the application, suddenly without touching the radio, or the application appeared on the screen that was I was formatting the SSD card and when I reviewed everything had been formatted.

It's the first time that happens to us in more than a year of having the drone.
