Hi There. As far as I can see, I have done everything I need to, but the DJI Assistant is showing a blank screen for all screens in Log Export (FLight Record & Sensing, Navigation except the firmware update page (not checked the Calibration). After connecting my Mavic Air it shows the Mavic Air (as a universal name, not the name I gave my MA). What do I need to do in order to get to see flight data, etc? In the DJI Go4 app, all data appear to be present.
