has anyone had there Gimbal moving slow when moving it with the app ? only seems to have started doing the after the update.

Hi, yes the last update let yu change the speed of tilt.. look at the pc assistance soft..

Can you show me where the option is to adjust the tilt speed, I can't seem to find it

Hi Can't calibrate that because im not using the controller to control the gimbal im using the android app

May I know which version of APP are you using? Please download the latest APP, and check again.

I'm using 1.0.54 I have also tried reinstalling the firmware one the phantom

Sophie i want to control the Gimbal through the RC but there is a glitch to do. It is either tilting down very fast and tilt up very slow or the opposite. And every tilt up/down movement start with a jerk if i do it through RC. From android vision app it is as smooth as silk. I was tried to calibrate the X1 but unable to do so. When i start the calibration the X1 pointer either move to 100% in normal normal mode or move to 0% in rev mode. Why is that? Pls Help............

hi Daniel, that's a little bit wierd... May I know the model number of your smart phone? And have you tried with different smartphones?

Is your remote controller an updated version with a left dail? It seems the potentiometer is a little bit loose.

Since I did a Vision App update [1.0.054]  my Samsung tablet and smartphone both developed the same problem.   The up and down arrows on the camera tilt when touch for adjustment will send the camera to full up or full down and the lock in that position.

I must power cycle the Phantom vision+ to return the camera.   Again it is that way on two devices since the update.    All the DJI phantom stuff is less than two weeks old.

I am using a HTC one & I have also tried it on my friends Samsung galaxy S4.

Hi Dacfile, please download the V3.6 assistant software, upgrade all the firmware version, and choose your RC version.

I have having the same problem. It takes 12  seconds to go the 90 degrees. Inside the Assistant software 3.6 there is the X1 calibration but that "does not" give the option to control the speed.  To the right of X1 it says "Norm" and the slider indicator is all the way to the left, if norm it clicked it goes to "REV' and the slider moves all the way to the right. I am fully updated with all the latest updates...even the app on my android 1.0.54.  Can DJI update the software so that we can adjust the speed for the tilt?

Sophie thanks for your query. Yes you are right it is the updated one with left dial. How can i tighten that if it is the case? Waiting for your reply.

I am seeing exactly the same issue with my Phantom 2 Vision plus v3 - the camera pans down in 3 seconds but it takes a full 15 seconds to pan back up again... this only happens with the controller - the app panning is consistently 5 seconds in each direction...?

The phone app to make the camera pan up and down is a set speed, but the controller speed can be varied by the amount of pressure you put on the control wheel.  I can get about 45 seconds to go the full range to 2 seconds to go the full range by just varying the pressure on the camera wheel.

Much the same problem.  On app very smooth slow motion which I like.  Controller all over the shop, fast ...slow glitchy akward moments no matter how gentle with the wheel..trying everything all systems upto date ...recalibrated...
would love a fix.

Is your camera jumpy with the control wheel?

Yes Gerry..very twitchy..
tried re cal several tiùmes...including advanced imu..
deleted software ...reinstalled re calirate again and so on....not damaged from crash ... only started happinig ..
I like having fine wheel control so one can gradually tilt camera as you change elevation...
any ideas ?

Do the calibration without connecting your TX to the computer.  Follow the instructions on the picture to the letter

Read this through first, then do the calibration just as it says and your camera will be smooth.

You can put little pressure on the wheel for super slow tilt or push the wheel all the way for 2 second tilt

Went on first test flight with new update and all re cal.  Evrtyhing worked a treat.  Was having problems with home mode and app crashing on s5.
All good now.
Thanx again for help and input.
yip the gimbal motion is very controlled so on slow seeps with changing altitude one can still stay focused on a subject.
