I have seen posts from some users on Facebook showing they have recieved a shipped status and tracking number base on the screen shot they posted my order was on the same day and only an hour difference from there order but my status is still showing Authorized can someone provide and update on how DJI is sorting out order they are being shipped.

Yea that sucks. I placed my order pretty soon after I got the email about availability and still no change in my order status. Still at authorized.

DJI please comment of why shipment is still being pending. Retailers have been able to receive their shipment and their customers have already received their products. If I had known this I would have purchased elsewhere.

I also have the same issue, I purchased the stabilizer within a couple hours of its release on DJI's website and the status is still just authorized. When can I expect it to start shipping? I was going to do a review of it on my channel as a student filmmaker but I guess its too late for that.

I really don't understand how DJI fumbled their own website orders so hard, or how they allowed a 3rd party to receive and distribute their product before Dji could ship it themselves. I ordered from DJI within 10 minutes of receiving the email from DJI, had I known B&H would receive and ship the item before Dji, I never would've ordered from Dji. However, seeing as B&H is now having problems fulfilling their orders and is now only accepting preorders I am thankful I'm somewhere on the list, also, Dji has removed the ability to refund the order, which usually only happens once the item has shipped. I guess we'll just have to see where the chips fall on this one, I really hope this doesn't happen when Dji starts releasing the accessories, if B&H still has that deal with them, I'll be ordering the accessories through B&H. Side note if anyone is curious, there is a guy selling one locally here in California for $1,200 which is hilarious, I doubt this is the last we'll see of aftermarket gouging.

Ok so its 20-25 days but explain how other customer received their Ronin-S within 2 weeks of there order from DJI which was May 29th I placed my order same day and time and still waiting for confirmation of shipping most people who did get the Ronin are in California

I talked to someone who ordered a few hours after me on the 30th, and he received his last week.  Kinda bummed, I wanted mine for my trip in a couple weeks.  Doesn't make sense why they aren't shipped in the order placed.

This is such a generic response that anyone will get if they inquire about their order number. Really unacceptable.

Just to keep the forum clean I'll piggyback this thread too.  My order number is 0016810100409 and I didn't receive an email update or anything but I see it is now on step 4, Shipped.  Is there anyway to get a tracking number on this?

I'd also like to echo my frustration that others have experienced too.  I received the email about the Ronin S being available from DJI first, it woke me up that morning(I'm in PST) and was like oh snap, and jumped right on it.  After my order I got the email from BH Photo Video about it too, and it being exclusive.  I thought, well hey, I'll get it from DJI first no problem right, they're the manufacturer but I should have also placed the BH order as most of those customers got them first.  Frustrating to get the canned response that we all knew was the last status anyways(20-25 days).  Oh well, hopefully future launches are handled a bit better.

I preordered the day it was available from B&H and I'm told it's backordered. Seeing several others on Instagram and post's on B&H that some ordered several days after the release day(as far as June 6th) and have received theirs.

They do say 20-25 business days, which would make July 2 the first shipping date for those that ordered on 5/29. Patience is a virtue for DJI early adapters. Anyway, if you read the various threads about issues for those that have already received their gimbals, getting one now might not be such a great deal. Hopefully, DJI will get out a FW update to deal with some of the camera control and focus issues that have been reported.
