Asked online sales on 5/15 if they could really guarantee shipment within 3-5 business days. They said yes, so on 5/15 I placed an order for a P3P (no extra battery) and paid. Yesterday, after looking at "pending" forever, I emailed them and asked for a status update. They just responded, "Oh, sorry, yours should ship out sometime next week." WTF? I'll take that as a resounding, "We actually have no clue when we'll have a P3P ready to go." Really pissed off at DJI. I don't so much mind the delay itself -- it's the deceptive response a week ago that leaves me seething. Had I known that they were not, in fact, able to deliver as stated, I could have gone hunting for a US retailer w/ inventory. |
