hello I have been offered a phantom 4 obsidian which is in a sealed box which is just a few days old, is there anyway you could tell me if this is a new item and would it be covered by warranty as it's so new, the seller doesn't have the receipt as it was a gift.

I understand that it is a gift, however, it is the main requirement in claiming your warranty. Thanks for understanding.
