Hi!
I.ve just take my phantom 4 v2 out of the box. I’ve switched on the RC then the phantom they ‘ve been both paired but nothing comes on my monitor: IPad mini 2.
The info says DISCONNECTED.
Is there something I ‘ ve forgotten in the process .?
What’is the trick to received the cam pictures and the device control infos?

Hi, thanks for reaching DJI Forum. Apologies for the troubles. Just to confirm your aircraft is the Phantom 4 v2 the ones with the built-in remote controller? If so, you need not to connect or use a tablet like your case is the Ipad Mini2. Thank you.

The buil-in RC ?
Do you mean the regular RC that DJI send with the aircraft.?
Yes
But why didn’t it works with IPad mini2 , they say that works , and the app is upload able in it . ?

iPad Mini 2 does not have enough processing power to use the GO4 app in it's current state.

My Mini 2 works great with DJI GO and my Inspire

It does not work with my P4Pro and the GO 4 app.  I needed to upgrade to an iPad 9.7......the processor is able to handle the GO4 app.

Hi,everybody,thank you all for your help.
I don't know how or why,but it works now.(i've just updated the Ipad mini 2)
I've realised my first flight ,and for the moment,no problem.
So thank you.
