So was playing around with my mavic air properly for the first time and done a dronie shot, it got to 100% and said it was complete and was returning to home, landed my drone and looked on the dji go 4 app but can't find the actual shot? Done some other test shots and videos and they're all there.

Does anyone know what's happend or expierneced this before?

You can set cache to mobile device. But may not in original quality.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would like to clarify, may I know if video cache is enabled to your settings? If not, all videos and photos will not automatically save. I highly suggest you turn it on. Also, please try to check your SD Card. Thank you.

I have a similar issue on my Mavic Air. The Dronie shot is saved on the SD card only, but not on the phone. All other videos before and after saved, and cache is on auto and auto delete disabled and I have a lot of free storage.
