I've emailed them 3 times in the past couple days & no response :-(
May 26 was the last response I got from them and all I wanted to know was if my Phantom 3 Pro would be shipping this week because I want to take it on a trip with me and if not then I can buy it from someone local who happens to have it in stock, I'm in Canada, and I pre-ordered my unit through here and just wanted a simple answer and my money back if they couldn't provide because many others were ahead of me that's all I was asking.

If you have a local supplier with quads in stock, go for it.

Just cancel your order already and get it from your dealer than can get it to you sooner.  Problem solved.

Chat worked great for me, less than 30 seconds to reply.

I went to the chat and they told me that anything to do with shipping will have to be emailed and then they ended the chat.
I emailed them again & now got an answer that my unit will be mid June lol after they told me earlier in the week it will be later
this week so now I need to cancel & don't know how.
